There are so many reasons to seek therapy, from feeling stuck, hopeless, anxious, having difficulty making decisions or managing stress, relationship issues, addictions, childhood trauma….the list goes on and on. Sometimes it is simply knowing you are capable of more than you are able to be at the moment. My aim is to provide a warm, safe space for you to explore what is getting in the way of you being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live.
