There are so many reasons to seek therapy, from feeling stuck, hopeless, anxious, having difficulty making decisions or managing stress, relationship issues, addictions, childhood trauma….the list goes on and on. Sometimes it is simply knowing you are capable of more than you are able to be at the moment.

The decision to seek therapy is courageous, but can also be intimidating or downright terrifying. My goal is to meet you wherever you are and create a sense of ease and safety. There is no one size fits all approach–I will take the time to listen and identify your goals, and adjust my treatment approach based on who you are.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, solutions-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and somatic psychotherapy to help you meet your goals.

My Mission…

My aim is to provide a warm, safe space for you to explore what is getting in the way of you being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live. I will work with you to identify the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are getting in the way of living a life that aligns with your values and goals.

My job is to empower you and motivate you to take action to make the changes you desire. We are two people sitting in a room trying to figure it out–I am not the “expert” when it comes to you and your life–you are.
